We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Delivery is free on orders over $100. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $11 and express shipping is $15.

Orders ship from within Australia and usually arrive in 2–6 business days, depending on your location. Remote and regional areas can take a little longer.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking details.

To get your gear to you as fast as possible, some items are dispatched from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive in more than one parcel. You only pay shipping once.

Contact us as soon as possible at info@dianton.net. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll happily change or cancel it.

Yes. Every item we sell is brand new and genuine, and branded products are sourced through established Australian retail channels.

We write our own descriptions and list the real specifications. If you need more detail before buying, just ask – we're happy to check for you.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the problem. Faulty or damaged items will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

All major credit and debit cards plus popular digital wallets are available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify – we never see or store your full card details.

Yes, all prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
