These terms apply to your use of dianton.net and any purchase you make from Dianton. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing: all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We aim to describe products and prices accurately; if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. Product images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly between screens.

2. Orders: your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error) and will refund any payment in full.

3. Payment: payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping and delivery: delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for rates and timeframes. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds: see our Return and Refund Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Use of products: please follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings supplied with each product.

7. Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss is limited to replacing the goods, repairing them or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy: we handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.

10. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
