Shipping policy

Dianton ships to addresses within Australia.

Shipping rates:

- Standard shipping: FREE on orders of $100 or more.

- Standard shipping on orders under $100: $11.00 flat rate.

- Express shipping: $15.00.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 2-6 business days after dispatch. Remote and regional areas (including parts of WA, NT and far north QLD) can take a few days longer.

Tracking: you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Some orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels.

Wrong address or missing parcel: please check your shipping address before placing your order. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, contact us within 7 days at info@dianton.net or 0414 205 213 and we will help.

International shipping: we currently do not ship outside Australia.
