Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If you are not happy, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to return: email us at info@dianton.net (or call 0414 205 213) with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of noticing the problem with photos and we will cover return postage and send a replacement or refund.

Change of mind: unused items in original, resalable condition can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges: to swap a size or colour, return the original item and place a new order.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
